Wellverse HQ is an independent publication. We're not a clinic, and we're not a coaching service — we're writers and researchers who care about making psychology and wellness genuinely useful, not just interesting.
Most wellness content online falls into one of two traps: it's either dressed up as clinical advice from people with no clinical training, or it's so hedged and academic that nobody actually reads it. We started Wellverse HQ to sit in the middle — writing that's honest about what it is, grounded in real research, and genuinely readable.
Our flagship newsletter, MindTalk, is where that shows up most directly: short, plain-language issues on the psychology of everyday life, published on Substack.
Wellverse HQ is co-founded and run by two people — a writer/developer and a writer/nurse — which is exactly why we're upfront about not being clinicians ourselves, and about leaning on real research and real healthcare experience where it counts.
Co-Founder & Writer
Saeem is a web developer, writer, and freelancer who builds and writes for Wellverse HQ. He handles the site itself, alongside research and writing for MindTalk.
Co-Founder & Writer
Mimi is a nurse with a background in healthcare service and clinical training, and writes alongside Saeem. His hands-on healthcare experience grounds our health and wellness coverage, even though our content remains educational rather than clinical advice.
We link back to real research and flag when something is still debated, rather than presenting it as settled fact.
If an idea can't be explained simply, we haven't finished writing it yet.
We're upfront about how our content is researched and edited, and about how this site makes money.
No content is written to satisfy an advertiser. Editorial choices are ours alone.
Wellverse HQ's writing process combines research tools, including AI-assisted drafting and summarization, with human review and editing on every published piece. We are not licensed psychologists, doctors, or therapists, and we don't present ourselves as such — we're careful readers and writers who synthesize publicly available research and clearly-sourced expert commentary.
Everything we publish is for general educational and informational purposes. It's not a substitute for personalized advice from a qualified medical or mental health professional.
Wellverse HQ is supported by display advertising and affiliate partnerships. When we link to a product or service and earn a commission, we disclose it. Advertising placements never influence our editorial recommendations. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
